Yes, if they look real enough. I do a lot of hiring at a company I work at, and we never check to see if a diploma is real. Most companies don't even ask to see it, they just take your word that you have one.

if the employer has any slight doubt at all, they may contact your high school to confirm your graduation. and if they find out its fake, you're screwed
