  1. it depends in which country u live but i can give you the guranttee if u do this work seriously lot of money u can earn

  2. You always hear about farmers struggling to make enough money just to keep their farms. I never hear about farmers doing very well. But that may just be media bias. I don't really know.

  3. yaa..it depends on the conditions and the hard work u put in that...the intelligence and the type of crop........

  4. Yes they are among the best counterfeiters.

  5. they get lots of money alright...if their crops failed. subsidies will be supported by the government...but..depending on the kind of crop though....they get from like 50k -300k depending on how large the farm is..commercial farms gets more. I'm just guessin ..........*mysterously disappear*........

  6. The increase of corn due to ethanol is a major boost to farmers.  Wait till biomass is used to make ethanol.  Then all the stuff that usually gets plowed under is used.  Most of the biomass is left in the field after the grain harvest, this can be bailed and made into fuel.  A win = win for every one.

  7. it depends in what country the farmers farm, for example the farmers in china are extremly poor, while the farmers in usa r pretty rich.

  8. Sort of depends on what you call "good money."

Up till the past couple of years the agriculture commodity markets had roughly stayed the same for 30 years.  What this means is that a farmer or rancher that sold his grain crop (corn, wheat ,...) or cattle in the 70's, he roughly got the same price in the 80's, as well as the 90's.   But everything else has gone up(for example,  my grandpa bought  a new tractor in the 70's for roughly $30,000 but today the same new horsepower tractor would be over $100,000).  Then there is the parts to buy when something breaks down.

Even now the price for the markets isn't great and then it's only for selecet markets, corn and wheat (mainly) and cattle(sort of).

A farmer/racher can make a living it's not just what I would call good money.  Also it can depend on the weather and how much land the farm has.

  9. NO if you are lucky enough to be on a farm that has not mortgage{haha}and your crops always come in and you don't need a line of credit from the bank and your wife has a full time job off the farm in a career that has full benefits and a pension fund and education fund, maybe you could make it but without out side jobs off the farm it is a very hard but fulfilling career.have worked on hog farms dairy operations and tobacco farms

  10. It depends on the weather and how much water costs.  Some years you make money, some years you don't, some years you break even, some years you lose.  Like playing poker, well not quite.  However it all depends on the hand your dealt.  It involves alot of hard but rewarding work seven days a week.
