Do fat people find other fat people attractive?

Because whenever I see a fat person they're always dating another fat person.

I think you need to define 'fat' first to get a valid answer. Basically, I would say, 'no'. Some people are attracted to heavier people and some are not. I don't think you have to be, whatever you are defining as 'fat', to be attracted to them.

Not all big people date another big person, everyone has different tastes. Some bigger people probably date really skinny people, it all depends on what people like and of course, personality!

i would say yes because they wouldn't be bothered by weight as much. a friend of mine is about twice my size and when we talk about skinnier women we usually agree on whose is or isn't attractive but if we talk about bigger women i rarely agree with him.

I'm not saying it to offend large people, but I think its because they don't have much of a choice when it comes to partners

Your theory is wrong. My step mom is overweight and she married my slim daddy. I also have seen a lot of big women with skinny men. So maybe it's just over here.

I dont think its because they find them attractive.  Its probably because they want to date some one in the same boat as them, that understands and knows how to deal with it.

I think that attraction is a personal thing. I find certain people attractive, and they are all different types.

I am thin now, but once upon a time (and still in my heart) I was very much overweight.

I prefer my guys to have some meat on their bones. Skinny guys seem weak to me (although I know they aren't all), and body-builder types make me feel self-conscience, and tend to be full of themselves.

I do prefer small girls, though. For some reason, I am attracted to super-thin types. But not always. If she's s**y & confident, I like 'em any size!

h**l no! But many of them do have more insight and sympathy about the problem than most thin people. They can see past looks to the person inside. And I'm sure some realize they can't be too picky. What pisses me off is fat people that think they can afford to be judgmental and picky. It's usually the guys that are like this. They might weigh three hundred pounds or more, but insist on holding out for a Miss America look-alike, whining all the while that 'nobody' will give them a chance. Or if they are married they complain bitterly about their fat wives, as if their weight problem wasn't an issue as well.

Sometimes it so happens that what we lack in us, we seek in others ! That is why a thin likes a fat or vice-versa !

   Sometimes, we celebrate with others what we have in common with them ! That is why a thin-thin or a fat-fat combo we find in society.

I have crushes on a handful of overweight people, and I'm not really that bit. I'm sort of in between overweight and skinny.

I think the main reason is that overweight people would feel really awkward dating a skinnier person. They would be very self-conscious, and probably much more reserved while having s*x and the sort, because they would be embarrassed, not like with a person of similar size.

Same with short people, too, I think. You often see shorter folk with similar spouses.
