  1. Wow. Yeah, I don't know what to tell you... You're pretty well screwed. It's funny they can take your constitutionally protected firearms away in prison, but they can't take away any of your 1st amendment rights (except maybe freedom of assembly). Personally, I think they should revoke them all in prison.

Flee to another country, preferably one where guns are allowed... like Pakistan.

  2. The courts and the NCIC will never destroy their records.  Ever.  If you want to have the right to drink and kill deer, apply for a pardon.  Make sure you mention that you want to drink while using firearms.  That will make you a more attractive candidate for a pardon.

  3. You can have them expunged after 10 yrs..but since they are felonies..it's highly doubtful....besides..even if you were to have them expunged..you would still be banned from owning firearms by federal law.

  4. they will never go away there on ur record

  5. Nope sorry they are there for life.

  6. The only way to get rid of it once you are convicted (not probation before judgment, but really convicted) is to get a pardon from the governer or president

  7. Your felonies will survive your death.

You can apply for a pardon

You can apply to have your civil rights restored, but make sure you do it with both the state and the federal governments.

Best way to do this is hire a good lawyer.

  8. This is going to be tough... I am from Oregon and it is a tough state! But you may be able to hire an attorney to get them court ordered sealed. But it will cost you.
