Do female and Male cockatiels sing?

My female cockatiel doesn't sing, per say, but she does dance!  She will chirp or tweet, but not actually carry it on any longer than that.  Most males do though.  When a song is playing, I can get in front of her and bob my head like I'm 'dancing' with her and she'll do it too and actually do it to the beat of the music!  So cute...
