Do fire belly toads ned any sort of special lighting?

Do they need uva/uvb lights?

They do not "need" light but it is good to have the lights on in the room that they are kept in for at least 10-12 hours a day, especially when being fed. But no they don't need a special light just have something on them for a couple hours.

No they do not need it, but it couldnt hurt to give it to them. It also brings out their color in my opinion.
