Do fish get fat when there pregnant ?

There is no fat in fish... Fish are a different species and are not subject to the same biological effects as mammals.

Think about it... Have you ever seen a piece of fish with fat on it? Or ever heard of low fat fish?

They may get (bigger) but no... they don't get (fat).

Depends on the type of fish, what species is it? Not all fish give birth to live babies, most lay eggs. Some get noticably fatter like zebra danios full of eggs, when I have never noticed a female betta get fat even when I know she had eggs b/c I spawned her.

Do humans get fat when they're pregnant? Yes! Your fish could just be fat. Do you have a male in the tank? If not I doubt she would be pregnant.
