Most do, altho it's not quite the same as mammals.  Some fish like certain sharks don't ever sleep.  They have to keep moving or they won't get oxygen to their gills and will suffocate.

Fish sleep but you can't tell when they are asleep. They don't have eyelids so their eyes are always open. They just kind of stay in the same spot looking bored if they are sleeping.

Yes, fish do sleep. They don't have eyelids, so they cant close their eyes. they just keep their eyes open and sink to the bottom and sleep

Yepper...they sleep in spurts, not for hours on end, some have really unusual sleeping habits, my clown loaches look like they are dead when they sleep on their sides, I had to take a double look and do some research before I jumped to conclusions and flush the poor guy!
