Fish sleep like you and me the only difference is that fish don't have eyelids so they don't look like it. when it's night time and all the light have been out for about an hour turn on a light away from the tank and you should see them sitting on the bottom not moving. this is your fishies having a snooze. hope this helps

They don't sleep quite like we do, but yes, they sleep.  If you watch your fish tank at night you'll see them hovering motionless in the water or resting on plants.

Yes they do sleep. Your light should be on a timer. This will simulate your dayly life. They sleep at night just like humans
