they dont need to learn or its in born in them ... they jump and start swimining directly

no not necessarely my dad is a really great fisherman but he doesnt know how to swim .. LOL

if they can't swim, no problem...there's a life jacket as an alternative...if they don't know how to fishing...then it's a big problem as a fishermen

Sport fishermen who go out in boats learn to swim if they are smart. If they don't, well, that makes more fish for the rest of us. Even the ones who fish from shore should know how to swim. Accidents do happen.

i think nope, they practice first to know how to win they are not necessarily swimmers...

I don't think it's necessary although it might be to their advantage if swept overboard.
