Do fishes really suffer without a filter in a fish tank?

I have 60 liter aquarium without filter since 6 months.I have 4 fishes in it,2 sharks and 2 mollies.They are living happily and actively since 6 months.Do I really need a filter or an air pump is okay ?I have air pump in it.How do I know whether they are suffering or not ???

No matter how many times you ask the same question, the answer is still going to be the same. You need a filter.

Not supplying a filter is cruel. The health and comfort of your fish will suffer immensely.

I am not a fish to know if they are suffering, but I know that your fish would live better and mutch longer if yuo put a filter in your fish tank, especialy if you have 8 fish in the same fish tank.

No filter then at least do a 50% water swap twice a year.

I use distilled <<<< bottled water.

They need a filter unless you want to do 10% water changes almost every day.
