Do flashy electric billboards distract you from driving??

Question

Okay, this soo gets on my nerves..I'm from Kentucky and in this one city, they made such a big deal about this one billboard to the point that it had to be changed...I think the state should get with the program and stop living in the past...It just annoys me that people make such a big deal about it..I mean if something distracts you that bad from driving, then you obviously don't need to be driving?

Exactly. You  should be able to driver without being distracted. iIf not you should focus on driving more.

I love it when I go by one of those signs at night and it suddenly changes to a very bright color and ruins my night vision.
