Do foreign children born in USA, SPAIN or ITALY get the passport of that country even if the parents were not from those countries??

Do they guarantee the citizenship?

  1. In Ireland they don't even if the child is born there and the parents are foreign. Doesn't give them right to passport

  3. It depends on tne country. Some of these nations do allow dual citizenship.Italy does allow dual citizenship. Spain also allows dual citizenship. This will give you access to passports from these nations

  4. even if the parents are not from that countries but children do, they can get passport.

  5. Docar is right.  Spain and Italy do not grant citizenship by birth in their countries, but the US does.
