  1. Only people who filed a Federal Tax Return for 2007 are eligible for the stimulus check

  2. $0.

A foreign student files a 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ.  (The foreign student who has been in the US less than 5 years on an F-1 visa MUST file one of these forms.)

They will not get the stimulus check as one of the requirements is that the form filed is a 1040 or 1040A or 1040EZ.

  3. To get a stimulus payment you have to have filed your return with a valid social security number, not an ITIN.  With $3500 income, if she's eligible the payment would   be $300.
