Do free, 1-hour Games From Bigfish. com put Viruses, spyware or password stealers on the computer?

My dad thinks that they do, but I don't know really. I want to play them but I need to know if it's dangerous. Has any one ever had a bad experience with Big fish.com? (I'm playing the free trials)
