Do full grown Dumerils Boas require more than one person to handle them?

Question

I currently own several reptiles including a ball python and king snake. I'm planning on purchasing a boa and currently am debating in between a Hogg Island or a Dumerils Boa. From what I've read the Dumerils are docile, however they grow from 6-8 ft. Is it absolutely necessary to have someone else around when handling a full grown Dumeril Boa? ( FYI f I get one I plan to get a male as they are a bit smaller) Thanks in advance for your help.

i say that if you are not feeling safe with a 6 foot snake then it would be ok to have another person with you. i have6 boas from 5 foot too 10.5 feet and my 10 footer is fine by my self and i am 5'8 140lbs. boas are most the time very mellow and calm but if you ever second guess it or think you might need them extra 2 hands then use them.
