Do genetically modified plants last longer than organic natural ones?

The answer is no.

Unless the GM plant is specifically modified to enhance longevity.

There are very few commercialized GM crops and most of them are herbicide or pesticide resistant plants.

Duarte Nursery does not genetically modify their fruit tree root stock so much as they cross breed different varieties to get the best root stock. Their plant biologists grow specific varieties for specific factors such as vigorous growth characteristics, stronger resistance to plant diseases, and quality and consistent fruit year after year. After years of continual development and study, they have been able to reproduce by cloning their varieties that meet their standards. The result is a stronger, better, and yes, longer lasting fruit tree. But they started by working with and cloning a good strong tree that had those characteristics, not by geneticaly modifying it.

GMO crops can be grown organically. They cannot be certified organic nor sold as organic because all organic certifiers world wide ban GMO crops from organic certification. But still it is quite possible to grow GMO crops organically.

The real question would be do GMO crops last longer than non GMO crops.

That would depend on what genes are genetically modified.  As of now, scientist did manage to extend the life of worms and rats by genetic modification.  Don't know about plants though.
