Do gerbils have good eyesight?

I know that hamster dont. do gerbils also rely more on there other senses also??

  2. They can see very well the easy time to pick up an unwilling gerbil is before they open there eyes

    and the night vision is great to can not get pass them

  3. they have absolutly better eye sight than hamster but theirs are not the best so they use more their noses and instinct to wonder around but if u r going to handle him always be carefull cuz i had one and it always fell but lukily i always handle him in a bed ^^

  4. Yes, infact Gerbils do not use their eyes to see, they use their noses.

    Pretty neat huh, I learned this from a close [and very smart] black friend of mine.
