Do ghosts exist or not

Question

i think not, mainly because it's all in people's heads

why is it that most ghosts only appear at night? why not in the day, or why not in front of a crowd of people in the day?

also, billions of people have died, starting from when man first existed.

that must mean there are billions of ghosts right?

well surely everyone would be seeing them

but no, they don't.

people only see them when they are high and drunk, or they are having thoughts during the night.

i wanna know ur thoughts and comments

yes yes yes I am a believer, I know they are real.  Science dont know everything they dont even know a part of everything.  We do have spirits everything living has a spirit.  Whether you agree with me or not they do.  The body does have energy.  Not everyone is quite at the level yet where they can see spirits.  Im sure in the future it will be as common as walking.  You can see spirits during the daytime.  Though you can usually see them better at night.  As for the number of spirits on earth I dont know.  I dont think anyone can ever know.  Not all spirits come back to haunt.  Some may be lost souls.  You my dear one need to become more open minded.  You need to open up spiritually.  No, I am not trying to change your mind about anything Im just trying to open your heart and mind not change.  Your outlook on life makes me feel sad and gloomy.  I personally think its a horrible outlook.  To think were nothing but 3rd dimensional material.  Outrageous.  May you be blessed.:)

Yes they do exist and no we are not just mammals like everything else.  We have the ability to reason and feel emotion which sets us apart and links us to a higher being.  

Now, as for ghosts, heres my thoughts.  They are lost souls trapped between heaven and h**l.  There have been too many accounts throughout history of people seeing them ( day and nite mind you) to discount the stories.  I think some people are more in touch with the paranormal and are able to see ghosts easier than others  which is why a lot of people never see them...

I'm just going to say what I believe, but since you haven't experienced it for yourself and stuff you probably won't care/think it was just a dream. But since I've experienced it I know its real.

One time I astral traveled and it... it was definitely different than just a dream. I felt exactly like a ghost. i was sleeping and i felt these waves of electricity going through my body and basically i started floating up in the air every time i rolled over and then i fell off the bed but i gently floated down.... it was really weird. i crawled back into bed fast because i sleep naked and i thought maybe my parents had heard a bang when i fell on the floor and i didn't want them to come in and see me. i thought i had really fell on the floor but my weird druglike state was making me -think- i floated. so yeah i got back into bed but i knew there was no way i was going to sleep because i was still all floaty. so i got up and i think thats when i realized i was having a lucid dream kind of thing so i magically got dressed and walked around and did some stuff.... i went to the mall... but anyways after that night for like a week or more i always felt like flying or jumping out of my body and it was really frustrating when i couldn't. i think something like that might happen after we die. i'm not sure because before that i was an atheist like you (you're an atheist right?) I'm more agnostic now. I still don't believe in god but i think there might be an afterlife

from what i read about astral travel on the internet, there are different planes in the astral. only some spirits remain stuck on earth when they die. maybe if you astral traveled you'd believe. also i can see auras and thats a lot easier than astral travel. if you learn to see them that would prove to you that we have energy. start by trying to see an orange aura around a blue object or vise versa. or a purple aura around a yellow one or vise versa. then when you get good at that it works to see people's auras. it'll take a while though. it took me a year to get really good. when i first started i could just see a tiny blue line around my arm.

btw: to answer your question about why there are more at nighttime. maybe it's because people are sleeping and they're astral traveling and they aren't dead people at all? and they don't remember doing it when they wake up. from what i read there is no way to tell an astral traveler from a ghost. they're exactly alike except that the astral traveler still has a body.

You've already made up your mind, but I'm answering anyway.

In my years of investigating ghosts I've seen ghosts and their effects in broad daylight, and detected them with equipment during the day. Nighttime is simply easier because there's fewer people around to interfere, and ghosts seem to be creeped out by people.

The numbers of ghosts cannot be measured. We don't have any means to reliably measure more than one at a time in one location, and even that is debatable.

I don't subscribe to the idea that ghosts are, in fact, spirits of the dead. There's no evidence that I've ever collected that validates this, though many ghosts claim to understand that they're dead. These dead ghosts, however, don't seem to like being questioned about their lives very much.

I assure you, I was neither high nor drunk when I saw the ghosts, as I don't drink except on religious occasions (and not at all since my heart attack). I also don't use drugs except by prescription, and even then under protest.

I think they do just because after my dog (i know kinda childish) died i went to my back yard and found an enormous slab of rock that had a paw print on it in some kind of black ink which made me believe. my grandmother also died and i found a heart in the same stuff. i thought it was ash or something but it never washed away, even a year or two later. however it isnt like ghosts come up as white sheets with cut out holes that fly around and say "boo". that is a load of c**p. they arent seen (i think) and do things when we dont know.
