Do girls actually like those quiet/shy guys?

Whats so great about them? Why do most girls think they are cute?

As a shy guy, I would have to say that the women like quiet shy guys as  cute friends.  when girls/women are in their teens and twenties they will keep the shy guy on their hooks to keep around just in case...  but they always go for the jerk.  

You don't know how many times I had to listen to my friends who were girls sob stories about how their boyfriend cheated on them or dumped them, or whatever.  Then when I say well, you should go out with a guy like me they agree, but don't want to ruin our friendship. then later end up with the same guy, or someone just like him.  There I am wasting my life trying to get with a girl and she is so stupid to not even see the ***hole in front of her face.

but once the women get into their mid to late twenties. they smarten up and realize that what they need is a guy who will stick with them and raise their four b*****d children.

It is the circle of life, the shy quiet guy either grows up to raise someone else's kids, or they blow their brains out, out of despair and depression.

But hey that is just me, You might get lucky.

I like them because guys at my school who aren't quiet tend to me cocky and self absorbed.

quiet guys tend to be nice and they listen and care.

I'm not saying that loud guys don't care though

they usually like them because they're not rude, they're respectful, but some of them are just messed up and are creeps. but they're cute because they're not very cocky and i personally think guys being too cocky is annoying.

They are mysterious and they arent so self-absorbed. They are more normal than most guys. Very kind and they usually make cool friends.
