it really comes down to you, if you really want dreads, then get them, you may have to put up with some peoples negative sterotypes, but you will get the chance to explain the truth to some of them, and as for the others, well who cares about those shallow, ignorant people anyway?

my only advice to you would be to do it the right way, and not buy into all the nonsense about not washing and using various products to make your hair dread. All hair will dread on its own, all you need to do is be patient. Also, clean hair actually dreads faster, so, stay clean.
