Mandy, are you implying that our b*****s are considered flotation devices to make us (girls) float in water? No - because it would depend on the ability of the individual to be buoyant (i.e. float in simple english) in water and have the basic swimming skills.

Even if you are "gifted", if you don't know how to swim you'll sink.   Where ever you get that idea - please get rid of it.

On average women float better than men.  This does not occur because of women's b*****s.  Rather it is the difference in bone composition and body structure that is the major difference in relative buoyancy.  Women's bones tend to be less dense than mens, thus more buoyant.  Also the distribution of muscle in the women's bodies makes floating easier for women (on average).
