you mean circumcision? THANKFULLY...  very few girls (if any) have it done in western civilisation. however in some cultures.. it is still an ongoing custom/tradition. in those cultures it is done for reasons of prohibiting promiscuous sexual behaviour. In other words.. by having the girls circumcised.. it is believed that they will not "want" to have s*x for any other reasons than to have children.
