depends on the relationship that you have with her.  If you have been dancing with the same girl for a while and she seems into you, then sure.  I like it.  However, if I do not know the guy that well and he creeps me out, then no.  Just try to read the vibes that she is giving off and if she seems into you, then go for it..  Of course, you could always ask how she feels about that subject.  Just ask her if she minds if you touched her..  Couldn't go wrong there and that could save you from a slap in the face
