When i went to a Marine ball, we were all wearing long skinny dresses, not many girls had fluffy ones on. Just go for a sophisticated/s**y dress. oh and keep it simple, if its at a casino/hotel, most likely everyone will just be drunk and losing money at the card tables anyways.

military balls are like fancy proms only nothing to flashy like some girls wear on prom night none of thoes belly dresses or whatever you want to call them and no over exposed cleavage and youll be ok. keep it elegant a puffy dress is ok if you think you can handle it but nothing that you dont think you can manage in a packed room with high ranking officials
