Do good looking shy people come off as "just shy" or do most people see them as arrogant?

Yeah, that's what I meant. If they don't talk to anyone at school/work or wherever.

Hmmm I never really thought about that... It's usually obvious if they're just shy or if they're too good for the rest of us. If they're looking around like they have ADD while working in a group, I'd say they're arrogant, if they're paying attention but not talking, I'd say they're shy

they are shy from their up bringing....   But people take them wrong and yes as stuck  up and arrogant.   But you as you get to know them know they are as beautiful  in as they are out;;  Mostly its jelousy...  Grant M in Pennsylvania

but it depends if they really dont talk to ANYONE.then i think theyre just being stupid.
