  1. It serves only the will (and pockets) of those running or ruining the assistance programs. The biggest waster of money. "Government assistance" can be used as a swear word.

    All government assistance programs are paid for by the state. In order to keep the assistance agency going they file reports on what they have accomplished. It the agency meets the goal of the state the agency stops there as they are not paid to exceed the goals issued by the state simply to meet the goals of the state.
