Do graduate schools look at your ACT scores?

I want to be an orthodontist and i am currently debating whether or not to retake the ACT. I got a decent score: 27, but i know i could do better with a little more practice. However, a 27 and my GPA along with my extracurricular activities will almost definitely get me into the school i want to go to. My question is when i apply for dentistry school will they ever look back on my ACT score?

  1. Dental schools will only be interested in your DAT (Dental Admissions Testing) Exam scores. To them, high school is old school :).

    Hope that helps!
