Do groups moderators answer to Yahoo?

There has been problems with a moderator on one of the groups...he is unfair, rude and personally not a nice person to be the moderator of this group. Is there any actions that an be taken? I can and will offer up the group/groups he is moderating so back reading of postings can be done.

some group owners are very nice, some group owners are attention grabbers and not so nice. group owners do not answer to Yahoo unless it's a violation of their TOS and I'm sorry, no where does it say a thing about manners.

not all owners are rude, unfair and not nice but if thats how they run their groups, the can. just find another group and leave that one.
