  1. Most of the time no...

I used to be on HGH, that helped alot... i was lucky insurance covered it

Most natural growth pills don't do anything

  2. They don't make you taller unless you are a underdeveloped child before puberty and missing the hormones that make you grow.

If you are talking about what you see for sale on the internet, they are human growth hormone releasers. Meaning there are supplements that help releases growth hormone from your pituitary gland. BUT only if you are older like over 40 or so,when the gland stops releasing it and the aging process kicks in. If you are under 40 yrs releasers aren't going to help, despite what the "Internet" says. Actual human growth hormone is like $1,000 or more for an injection, and you can't get it unless you are in need of it medically, like a child who is stunted in growth at puberty. The only other way is to go overseas to Holland or some other country where you can buy it. Some athletes do that. Human growth hormone does not increase anything but muscle after puberty. Your height will not change no matter what. What you are born with is what you will always have. The internet is full of hype and rip-offs. It's safe to take the HGH releasers, but won't do anything for you unless you're in your 40's or older. If you go back to websites you'll see they say HGH stimulants or releasers. You can't buy real HGH without a prescription.  And yes they do work if you're a child under developed nad lacking the growth hormone.

  3. You will grow exactly the same amount with or without growth pills providing you get plenty of protein, calcium (milk) and zinc.

HGH can only help you if you are actually deficient in HGH and very very few people are.  If you are the size of a midget or a dwarf then you might perhaps be deficient in HGH due to a malfunctioning pituitary gland and in that case if your growth plates are still open perhaps HGH might help.
