Depends on the guy. Although its mostly viewed as traditional for the guy to make a move first, some do and some don't. They may be too shy to make the first move, like my ex. I guess they can't help it if that's the case. If they aren't as shy or conserved, then they will more than likely make the first move. It also depends on how shy or confident the girl is...if the guy can see that she is shy then he may feel like he should make the first move, or vice versa.

it depeds on if the guy is shy or outgoing. if he is outgoing then im 99.9% sure hes gonna mke the 1st move

I dont know what it is but some how everyone thinks the boy should make the first move but c'mon thats not fair on the shy fellas!

Girls should make the first move too, its not right to let the guys do all the hard work, and if you get rejected so what move on with your life.. at least you tried!!

well if he has been known to make the first move then he probably will and it also depends on if hes shy or outgoing.
