Do guys care if girls have acne or pimples?

well im a guy, and if u have sum then no. but if ur face is swelling up then a problem may occur.

From the conversations I've had wth my guy friends, yes, sometimes. But if she's nice/funny/pretty/smart/etc. it doesn't matter too much.

Teenage guys, yes. They will care, but they are all shallow right that. I'd say it's not that big of a deal if you have like one or two, but yeah.

I'm sure a few doesn't matter, but when your face is totally covered in them, some guys may not find that to exactly be a turn on
