Do guys compare their girlfriends with other girls?

i know that they look, but do they compare other girls to their current girlfriend or wife?

i admit i look at other guys, but i dont think 'too bad my boyfriend isnt as buff as him!' or 'i bet that guy has a bigger p***s than my bf!' but do guys (or most guys) do that with their gf? im very small chested, so i get self conscious, and i always think that when my bf is at a party or something, that he compares me to other girls, and of course, i probably loose. idk....
