Do guys like girl that wears make up and eyeliner over a girl that doesnt?

i don't really care if they wear makeup as long as they don't wear to much. Girls with eyeliner and eye shadow is fine unless its like a really bright or vibrant color like pink.

A guy friend of mine used to make fun of girls that wore a lot of makeup. He said girls should only wear makeup if it matches them.And that ugly girls shouldn't wear makeup.(I know last part is harsh) but im just giving you a guys point of view.

honestly they couldnt care less, as long as you dont over do it, just do it so they cant tell your wearing make-up...since that is the main point of wearing it.

im a girl and i don think they care. if the girl has natural beauty they shoudnt need make up to make them look pretty.

my boyfriend likes it when i wear makeup like once or twice a week.

He says he doesn't like seeing me in it all the time cause i'm "naturally beautiful", but every now and then its a nice treat.

to me it seems they think your prettier when you do wear like eyeliner that is very noticeable. so yeah i mean some arnt like that but some are.
