Do guys like vegetarians?

#1 FLY BOY - I live in Texas.  I have friends even that raise their own cattle.  Never have had a problem.

I have had men of all ages think that me being vegetarian was interesting - and would ask me about it - how I do it - what I eat - a few ask me if I belonged to PETA and if I did, did I carry paint (told them *NO* and that the only painting I do is on canvas or the walls in my own home).   Two of the men that I talk to frequently actully are now eating and leaning more to a vegetarian diet now.

Point is - at least down here in Texas, where you would think that it would be a problem - all the men that I have gone out with have actually gone out of their way to make sure to ask what and where I wanted to eat - - and even have come over and eaten at my home and had no problems.

I have had no problems getting second and third or more dates.  I have told a few that I wouldn't go out with them - but it had nothing to do with how they acted about me being a vegetarian.  I just don't like liars and game players that make false claims about who and what they are.  Some things from Texas are indeed bigger - but that doesn't mean that they are better......  :S

With all due respect, who gives a rat's azz?  ;)  If some dude doesn't like vegetarians, he's most certainly not the man for me anyway.  I'm not a vegetarian because guys like it or not.

Plus, there's nothing hotter than a compassionate guy who has empathy for other living beings...not a common trait, unfortunately.

Well i don't think a guy would not like a girl just because they are a vegetarian that's just rude n mess they should judge yuo by yuor personality

Well im not a guy but sometimes i wish i was vegetarian just bc i like to eat heathy but meat is good (sorry) anyways i think if your yourself then they'll like you. Or just try to find a guy thats a vegetarian too heck maybe theres a club lol Good Luck

I have been a vegetarian 9 years, and I have dated a lot of men who liked that I was a vegetarian.  My husband actually really admires and respects my self-control when it comes to having the discipline of not eating meat. Therefore, I think the right kind of guy wouldn't mind at all, usually the guys who acted weird or rude about it were the ones who ended up being jerks. I think I picked the right man to marry because he thinks I'm awesome for who I am and the decisions I make.

Yes, primarily because I am a vegitarian,  unless their veagen cause that is weird,  yeah Im all for no food with a face.

I'm not a guy, but I don't see why not. If you respect their choice to eat meat, and it doesn't cause conflict, you'll be ok

Im a girl and heres my opinion...If you are vegetarian and someone doesn't like you because of your dietary choices....do you really care??  and....does it really matter?  you make and live with your choices.
