usually they like you. they are too insecure to tell you or to intimidated and just tease you. which is in some cases a guys way of flirting. before i turned i always did that to girls i liked. now im g*y so ya. lol.

It depends. If the guy is really, really childish, then the only way he knows how to get your attention is to tease you.

If he just likes making jokes, then he'll tease you, too. It doesn't have to be adoration or hate.
