I was wondering if its possible that exposure to the metal powders and the smoke that does from the sintering process damage someone's hair. Or it just sticks to your hair when wet, so it will feel like it is damaged or something...

  1. Yes, surely. In fact, it's not only that it's just getting wet. The mettalic dust does come in contact with your hair and damage its health. Again, the wetty stuff is most likely the skin generated oil and sweat, which aid the dust to be stored in the roots of each hair and thereby damage the roots one by one. So, it's very much recommended that you should use a face mask and a head cover along with hand-gloves and certainly the eye protection. All the best.
