  1. Hamsters can be weaned from their mothers and put in separate cages from the third week onwards. Make sure that you put the males and females separately since they can mate and this is not good for the females' health. If they are syrian hamsters, they should be kept one to a cage since they are territorial and can have big fights killing each other if they are kept together! If they are dwarfs, you can keep the males together in one cage and females together with the mother in one cage or can be kept separately as may be the need.

  2. Why do you have three days?!!

They need their mother for at least another two WEEKS.

What kind of hamster are they?

Syrians (panda, teddy bear, golden, etc) can be house together until just before sexual maturity, then they will fight- even if they are sister or brothers.

Dwarves may stay together as long as no fighting breaks out.

Clearly they will need to be separated by s*x, regardless of breed.

But really, why three days? They will possibly DIE unless going to a highly experienced breeder.

Tell whomever it is they need to wait.
