Do hamsters or gerbils like to cuddle more?

Question

well last nite i got a gerbil and she and her the other gerbil i got HATE to cuddle and i want a rodent that loves to cuddle i think hamsters like to cuddle mroe and will stay still in ur palm so u tell me, do hamsters or gerbils like to cuddle more (please dont suggest addoption, or rats, mice guinea pigs, etc.

Gerbils can be tamed.  

Syrian hamsters are the most easy to tame.  Also bigger rodents like guinea pigs, rabbits or rats.  

Mice or dwarf hamsters are more difficult to tame.  

All of the above except syrian hamsters must be kept in same s*x pairs or groups.

You can just get rid of them because they not what you what you should have done you research before you got them, All animals have to be tame, google gerbil taming.

It not fair to get them and because you did do your research there not what you wanted!

I got them now you have to keep them!

Rodents are not "cuddly" animals. They can be socialised, and some will enjoy it more than others, but both will have to be tamed. This takes weeks of patience and work. There are several good books out about it, or you can google it and check several sites about it.

Remeber that gerbils are more social than hamsters, and hamsters are active only at night, so you can only engage with them during that time. Do not get a rodent out during their sleep, this will make them very cranky.

gerbil i find r a littel more hipper then hamsters so if i where u i would get a hamster that is not active if u want to cuddel with it but if u want an active 1 try to calm it down before cuddleing it

Neither LIKE to cuddle as it is not thier natural instinct, but you can tame them.

hamsters are also cubbier and furrier and feels more cuddley.
