Do harems still exist in the modern world?

You always see shows or movies depicting Sheiks, Emperors, and the such with large harems, but do they still exist today as opposed to hundreds or thousands of years ago or are they merely a thing of the past and an exaggerated plot for the movies?

The modern harems is not like the harems of the old days. Some polygamous relationships takes the form of harems though.
