  1. Although there is "some" controversy about it, I am of the concrete opinion that a species is born to select for the fittest possible offspring, therein, it is clearly a genetic predisposition for heterosexuality.  Homosexuality is a choice which is often made following an untoward experience in life.

Heterosexuality is within the normal order of survival of the species.

  2. The answer is both, as it is with homosexuals.  There are various things that can happen prenatally that predispose one to being hetrosexual or homosexual.  However, even twin studies (those with identical DNA) that it is not entirely showing genes as the sole reason.  Though twins are far more likely to have similar orientation than other siblings.  And siblings more likely to have a more similar orientation than cousins and so on..

I believe some are more predisposed to one way or the other, yet their environment will guide them to one way or the other (or both, think bi)  Nature vs. Nurture is always both. Just like being extraverted or introverted.  Some people have more energy, but at times they are in a repressive environment (like women in the middle east) and thus become introverted.

  3. I think that is a natural orientation... is an embedded desire! As often as not we follow our natural instinct.

May be, sometimes, that someone choices to change his/her orientation to follow some style or for a strange kind of protest... to put on trial...

  4. Now really, do you think anyone would choose to be sexually orientated in one way or another?  Heterosexuals are heterosexual at birth.  The same goes for homosexuals.  So, my suggestion is to look past an individuals sexual orientation, and assess the person for their contribution to the welfare of our global population.

  5. Born.

  6. I believe a person is born hetero or homosexual. I believe that homosexuality is an anomaly, and I say that strictly from a biological stand point because, two men or two women can't have a child without some type of help from a member of the opposite s*x, and the real reason behind s*x is to procreate.

(Yes I know s*x feels good, but it feels good so we will have s*x and make more of the species.) While it can be a learned behavior, I believe sexual orientation is determined during conception, and that it is a fact of life we all have to accept, whether we like it or not.

For the record, because I know some of are you are asking yourself this question, I am hetero, but I see nothing wrong with being "g*y". The only problem I have with g**s, is when they -along with other groups- assume a position of "I'm better than you." You don't have to like every man, woman or child you meet in life, but it would be nice if we could just learn to let everyone live the life they choose, and refrain from finger pointing and asinine put downs.

  7. Durning the first months while the fetus is developing hormonal changes have to occur at the right time in order for the sexual preference of the child. However in modern times many people feel 'pressured' to be something that they are not.

  8. there's an innate desire for the opposite s*x. Whether something 'happens' during a child's formative years to over-ride this, - is somewhat of a problem.

But with a mix of self-esteem issues that everyone has, - concepts of "imprinting" of the same s*x or opposite s*x of the mother / father figure, and just the mere fact that many are inclined to violence or domination / submissive s*x, - gee, anything can happen in a psyche.

You can believe what you want about heterosexuality, - which is typical / preferred / and productive, - but don't make us believe that the alternatives (deviat-ations) are desired characteristics of a societal population.

  9. Born. How else do you explain boys hat come from alpha male, competitive, conservative households growing up g*y? How else do you explain lesbians that grow up hearing about their knight and shinning Armour men?

  10. Most people as you can tell by the way of the world are born Heterosexual, how ever the question that most people ask is if homosexual people are born homosexual. From my observation I do believe that a very few percent of homosexuals are born this way, where as others start out heterosexual and change their sexual orientation later in life or for various reasons.

  11. Since newborns can't communicate well enough to tell us wether they  prefer the pee pee or the koo koo we may never know. The question is: why does it matter? Shouldn't we be focusing on something more important...like poverty.

Are there plans to exile the g**s for their perversion?  If we find out, then what? Some will be right about it and some will be wrong... but people will still be g*y.  They have always been.
