Do high flow catalytic converters work?

I think the catalytic converter can be somewhat restrictive.

On the street, even for speed racer type guys, there would be no measurable benefit, except to the bank account of the seller. None...zero...nada.....not any....

Depends on how much higher it flows. For my car, no significant gains have been proven.
