Do hippos eat meat AND animals?

Yes hippos mainly eat grass but they also eat fruit,leaves,and some water plants. On RARE ocasions they have known to eat humans,dead animals,and other hippos.

Yes Hippos will on some occasions eat meat.  They typically like to eat grass and some water plants, however if an opportunity presents itself, a hippo will eat small animals that venture into the water in which the hippo lives, and it has been documented more than once that a hippo will also take larger injured or sick animals if they can't defend themselves.?
