First you need to add some ice and then tenderize with a stick.  You can add salt and pepper to your own taste.  I hear a lot of hockey players are able to put a lot of mustard on theirs.

both of those totally mask up the true flavor of the puck. cheese enchances the pucks natural flavor, thus making it a natural compliment.
