Do home dental labs have heath code standards?

My neighbor makes crowns, partials, dentures, and bridges out of his garage. Their is slime in a bucket he rinses his tools in. It's very dirty and gross. Who would I complain to? I would be sick if I knew my teeth came from his "lab". P.S. I live in Calif if that helps.

There are tons of agencies that would love to shut that guy down! Your state has regulatory agencies that deal in health codes and California's  Dental Society would be a good place to start. Yuck- this guy needs to be shut down. I am sure he is cheap and that's why he has business, but I am sure that if a person took a good look around, they would not want any work from this guy.
