  1. I'm not sure, it would depend on the group. I know that people who send care packages to Iraq like sending the troops DVDs. They also are not picky if they are brand new. It gives them stuff to do out there. Ask some individual groups and see. I know BPO ELKs do a lot with sendin care packages. Try asking an Elks club :)
