I am a pretty attracive waitress and the days i go to work not caring what i look like i get okay tips but the days i go in lookin great i get amazing tips.I have a few regular older guys in their 40s and some in their 20s that flirt with me shamelessly and leave me like a 10 dollar tip on like an 18 dollar check.

In the service industry its all about selling yourself. I work in a bar and we sell the girls out to guys, they make the guys feel special and they tip better. Thing is we split tips, so I love seeing a guy get drunk then feel that he actually has a chance with these ladies that hear the same thing day in and day out!
