Do house lizards pee on electronic devices? if so how often and how much urine do they produce.?

Question

Do house lizards produce enough urine to damage house hold electronic equipment when they pee? Do they even pee I wonder? An electronics technitian told me so but I doubt diagnosis so guys help me man.

Reptiles don't go in for mammalian style urination.  They'd find it too wasteful of water.
