  1. No mortgage company is going to accept furniture in the sale price/value.  It better be a separate deal.  People in that price range more than likely will not want someone else's furniture.

  2. nope.  i work for a real estate company who sells for builders that sell homes around the 2 million range.  they might stage them with furniture, like they would a model home, but they dont come with the furniture.

  3. In that price range, furniture can be negotiated, but it is very rarely included in the sale price.  Most people have their own style and furnishings.   These new higher end purchases typically begin by the new owner changing alot of what the previous owner had in place.

  4. NOPE, but sometimes happens at any level

particularly if the seller has more than one home

  5. .   It is slightly more likely to happen than the lower price ranges.  Usually because everything is so "perfect" and fits the architecture.

  6. No.

People buying houses in the $1 million-$5 million range usually have their own furniture.

  7. Not in my experience,  I have bought and looked at many homes in California.  They usually come as they are.  However, you can always tell a Real Estate agent you want one that comes furnished.   Hopefully some will.  Best of luck to you..
