Yes, it's possible.  If you are close enough, you would first get fried by the heat had radiation, then a few instants later the blast wave would tear you apart.  I saw a movie where someone described a nuclear blast as heating the people to 10,000 degrees in a millisecond, but that was a movie.

    Heck, even if you are outside the blast radius, you'll suffer permanent damage due to radiation and the intense light blinding you.
